When I make sound of humming bee the breathing stops automatically . Is it right or or wrong ?I cannot exhale while producing sound .I exhale after completion of that.

I don’t do any mudras gives me RSI

I do all pranayamas without mudras and I do standing position works well

Very well explained i confussed with position of fingers but you solved it. Placing fingers is for closing external senses.

I cannot make a smooth sound :( It’s patchy, interrupted and just not working, as if I have a sore throat. Should I somehow prepare? I do it first thing in the morning before anything. Should I drink first? Or do some warming exercises first?
