There is no climate emergency, its Mother nature. She has been changing since long before the Dinosaurs and will continue to change, no matter what People do to try stop it. So many people want their home's and business's as close to the sea as possible. Increased housing number with building in area's that are not suitable for homes due to being and a flood plane or pathway for excessive water run off from blacktop roads, malls and massive parking lots.

This story is ridiculous. Virtually the whole of the West and South coasts have been flooded, and also parts of the East coast. There are abnormally high spring tides, due to the moons placement and other factors. Also that picture you’ve posted is not from the U.K.

This is very normal, been the same all my lifetime and I live on this coastline which just by chance is full of ugly wind turbine tower farms all the way along the Welsh coastline. German owned (Like most of them) and the crown charges their ground lease.
