4K Bludenz - Arlberg - Giselabahn - St. Pölten - Tulln, cab ride across Austria [02.2021]

I have come to realize that train engineers have to have the greatest amount of faith/trust in others in order to go as fast as they go on the rails. Thanks for the trip, I'll never make it in person to Austria. The scenery is beautiful but I would never want to live there, way to cold for me in the winter and way to much snow. I do not live in Colorado for the same reason.

On this loco, how many drive axles are there?

In Australia many companies who had rail sidings have let them go to seed and are now using road freight. Great to see so many European companies doing the opposite and still using the more ecologically better logistical solutions.

The lake at Zell am See looks really nice but, I think it might be a little bit too cool for a dip.

Where is all the opposing freight traffic? Was this filmed on a Sunday or holiday?

Why is the loco pilot so economical about switching on the headlights when in tunnel or even during pitch dark night time? Cant see any logic in it.
