The cause of Vertigo is a Vitamin D deficiency. When you are deficient in D, it will leach from your bones (very bad for the bones) and that D will solidify in your inner ear. The CURE for Vertigo is Vitamin D3 & K2...take for a few weeks until the crystal in your ear canal is dissolved. Two weeks...gone. No "treatment" needed. Once gone, just maintain the D3 with either a heathy diet (yeah, me neither) or a supplement.

This one helped me significantly more than the Epley Maneuver. Mine must have been more cervical spine than inner ear. Thank you.

Hello doc. Thanks for your tips. Im a 35 yo man never experience any vertigo or head spin. Today at around 7am i lay down as usual without any headche or light headed or what so ever, as im in good health and everything. All if sudden i got vertigo and spin. I lost control while layin down and i see my living room spinin. I ask my wife to help me. Alhamdulillah only lest than 30 sec its gone. And im afraid it come back. Until this late evening theres no more vertigo. Only my head a little bit headache or slightly dizzy. Then i found your video and try your massage tips while relaxing. Alhamdulillah i feel much better now and my headche seems fading away. Only just one try.

Hi Dr Gregg, I found your video this morning and have been trying it, no real improvement as yet but its only been a few minutes. I think my vertigo is caused by either a pinched blood vessel or a trapped nerve, i seem to get my vertigo shortly after i experience neck stiffness and pain. Should I continue using this method or is there something else I can try.

This didnt help at all. Ive been through basically all vids by now and nothing helps. Ive been to 5 doctors, all kinds of tests, still nothing. The current thinking is that vertigo is sourced in the neck blood vessels, by constriction or something pressuring the neck and my specialist says vertigo is a permanent condition. All one can hope for is some reduction in symptoms but not elimination. The first Dr i ever saw for this said the problem is collapsing arteries from the heart to the brain, requiring heart surgery but this was refuted by the next Drs. There is no consensus about whats wrong and im so worn out i could scream. The diagnosis is positional vertigo but the fact it occurs on exactly every 10th day puts this problem in another realm and nobody knows what to do.

Ive had vertigo for years this did nothing but got the kink out of my neck.

I suffered my first bout of Vertigo just over a month ago. It was soooo bad I couldn't even move an arm without feeling sick and the room was spinning round as if I was drunk.
A week later I started taking 50,000 IU's of vitamin D once a week and haven't had any repeat of the Vertigo since.

For someone who suffers from vertigo, I had to stop watching before I even got to any real information because Dr. Gregg Gerstin continually sways front to back while talking. Making me dizzy just trying to watch.
