I’m finding out there is nothing worse than the US government and this is actually one of the least freest countries in the world
ОтветитьThat is about the same layout as my Salem forest river 31kqbts. I HATE the bathroom. I wear a size 9 shoe. You CANNOT have bigger feet what so ever or be real long legged. I was quite toasty at minus 31 degrees inside. Only water froze but nothing busted. Winds over 80mph were scary but not one thing happened. I just now got my 5 acres finalized. And I plan on keeping on in my trailer. I want a barn over it too. But yet to figure out what kind. Heard don't have it all enclosed due to fumes when propane is working. I made sure my land is MINE and I'm allowed to do anything I want on it. Course I'm looking for anything else that's more "house" like. Just hard here trying to find something
ОтветитьThanks for the video this was really good information. I was considering the cost of the RV washer drier and then saw your video and it makes sense to simply build an accessory building for these things and keep as much out of the camper as possible.
ОтветитьI noticed your permanent decal is in Florida. Do you know if that varies by county? In Levy county, they’re not letting ppl live in RVs until you have a septic and power first and even then you have a limited amount of time to get your home built.
ОтветитьHOw much did the two of you pay for your barn to cover the RV?
ОтветитьSo basically, your trailer is just a room to sleep or lounge on. You have practically a separate house to do everything else. Why not just build a real house?
ОтветитьVery informative. Thanks.
ОтветитьThis was super helpful, thank you!!
ОтветитьI know some people who have lived in their 5th wheel for at least 14 years. Their RV is always leaking of and on, it's hard finding the leaks in the tip out slides.
And they had to replace the air conditioner and furnace twice. The air runs all the time, and it does freeze up some times. They live in Florida and the air can never catch up with the darn heat. People, im telling you, life can be a pain living in a RV for that long of time. And then when something breaks down, it's hard to find an repair man to come out to you too get what ever needs to be fixed. I would not like that kind of living.
And thank you for posting such an informative video of trailer life for all people that think it's glamorous.
ОтветитьDo you feell the carport was a great choic or could've done without?
ОтветитьThank you for this video so much! Im thinking about buying a decent sized camper and living in a campground for a year or two (moving for work and only going to be there for 2-3 years) and dont wnt to deaal with leaases and appartments and your video gave me things to think about! I appreciate it and cant wait to watch more of your videos!!
ОтветитьThank You for this video.
I want to buy a quality previously owned recreational vehicle and buy a small piece of property and live in the recreational vehicle always instead of paying lot rent. I pray God helps me.
You have a travel trailer. A "camper' sits in the bed of a pickup...
ОтветитьYep let’s promote this so people start doing it as a new trend so people like myself can’t afford it while the rates gets jacked up.
ОтветитьExcellent video! You did mention that you had to empty out the septic tank once every 6 weeks, did you run the gray water with it or seperately?
ОтветитьAs far as I know, we deal with our township. They said no to a tiny home, no to a single wide trailer- so I'm planning on a camper until I can figure things out. How much was your electric bill? Did you have a generator? If so, how much did it cost and was it loud?
ОтветитьGreat vid. Thanks.
Ответить"Things are very complicated due to 9-11". That is if you're a tax paying legal citizen. It's not so complicated if you happen to be 1 of the 30 million, known, illegal aliens living here. The fentanyl bringing. Job taking. Wage lowering. Welfare receiving. Paid soon to be voters . Sorry needed to vent.
ОтветитьThese guys are so amazing if you haven’t watched their channel if there is one thing I can talk you into watching that will help you is there channel when they built their barn dominium and his solar power information is very helpful too
ОтветитьAmerican accent 🤮🤮🤮🤮
ОтветитьWhat county are you in in Florida that allows that? Are you in Taylor county? And is there a house on the property already, or are you building one currently?
ОтветитьDid you have a water well?
ОтветитьThanks for the information and the house looks amazing bro!
ОтветитьQuestion: if we can get mail .5 mile up the road, as well as do laundry, do we still need to register as a trailer house? We'd be living there several years, before hopefully building a house. I'm assuming yes for taxes.
ОтветитьDid your insurance cover the damage from the tornado ? This is my biggest fear because I have 2 little girls and live full time in my rig . If you see this , thanks for the knowledge 🙏
ОтветитьI love reading where someone says they are moving on to someone's property for whatever reason but nothing is said about oh, I don't know, like hookups?
Unless someone has had the land set up with permits for rv hookups, not using the main house for electrical,, and plumbing, things can go bad fast.
Honestly the government ruins everything it touches. Used to you could be in total control of your house on your property if you owned such property. Now you have to go through complicated approval steps to do even a repair legally.
ОтветитьSo you have it in a good spot that carport or whatever it is truck port lol will definitely keep it from leaking. I would pull it a little further away from the end so the weather don’t get it. Keep your floor dry and it’ll last forever.
ОтветитьHad a car crash through my home and nearly kill my family. We are doing okay these days but we just bought that exact camper and plan on doing the same thing you just spoke about. Can't thank you enough for posting this!
ОтветитьP.O. Box is the loop hole
ОтветитьThank you Andrew, best video I have seen on setting up a van semi to permanently and also setting up pole shed, sewage and appliances in advance. Great points re living, bathroom, electricity usage and local county and state issues. Well done!!
ОтветитьThe best video out there. I do not understand all these you-tuber that cannot put together information like this.
Ответитьthis is all great if you have a six figure income
ОтветитьGood info. Thanks for helping people out.
ОтветитьYou part of the mob or government offical? How do you find time and have financial stability to do this yourself? You make that much making video. Sorry to ask.
ОтветитьOhhhh you are selling the camper trailer.? Right? How much? I feel like this is a fbMP deal. All pretty obvious. Errr maybe you've got the camper sold already? Oh well. You can shape your video any way you want. I just am bothered with the "tour" without a statement about the status of what your "touring." Are you going to use this camper? Yea. Local zoning law. Taxes etc. People on wheels don't pay taxes. That is the rub. Are you a full time, permanent, camper? OK now you acknowledge the Sell Your Camper part. Whooo Wee Thanks for that. Got to go. Buy Buy Buy. See ya! 👋.
ОтветитьThanks for the advice.
Ответитьwth do you do to afford this? my wife and i make a decent living.. but seeing this.. we must be poor as hell.. i must be missing something.. all i see is $$ being spent like a banshee watching your video..
ОтветитьMy husband and I are thinking of doing just this. We have 30 acres of farmland we want to build on, and we're sick of paying rent every month. Thanks for all the great information!
ОтветитьCan you share what county you’re in in Florida?
ОтветитьThat was unbelievably helpful. It answered all my questions and a couple I didn’t even I know I had.
ОтветитьThank you :)
ОтветитьI went and bought a 27ft keystone conquest for my wife 2 year old and I. We lived in it for 2 months and I lost my mind bought a 40 foot carriage by cameo. Lived in that for 2 years no issue. It really is the layout. The conquest was 100 square foot about with the same size bathroom bed and living room. My cameo was 15k more than the conquest but totally worth it in design insulation space and bathroom/ kitchen/ living room space.
ОтветитьAnd remember, your property taxes will go up
Ответить🙏🙏🙏First time traveler here and this information is Much Appreciated🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьThere’s that 911 BS Security excuse, again.
ОтветитьHow much is it to run temp 100amp power?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing with us New camper living peeps❤
