I’m the type of person that would have made my decision on the first house, but still would have wanted to see the last just in case! I’ve seen so many people think they have found their dream how, then they see one more and fall in love with it!

As for being a Graphic Designer, I believe he said he owns a firm, so that’s where the money is coming from. He also probably have investments, etc.

#1 was perfect! Mountains plus party pool, Got cosy plus contemporary feel and large but fit for just him. Smart thinking plus rushed decision making.....yet more smart thinking, I like him!

Perhaps, he is the most impatient guest on this show who does not care about the format. Between the two homes shown, the 2nd home was by far the better option

I get it...as east coaster myself...we know what we want & hate to have our time wasted. For the actor, Hollywood Hills is where he wants to be & that view is to die for....makes up for the odd layout of the inner house. He knows a good value when he see it. Also, Encino or Pasadena is just too far from Hollywood's action.

I like the 2nd house for him & his size, but would be nice if it was in the 1st location.

Tatiana is a very good saleswoman in that she is very good at showing a property. The points about the property that she highlights and how seamlessly she points out accents are really top notched. But it is a shame he didn't or we didn't get to see that modern house in Encino.

If you’re trying to break in, Outpost is where he should’ve moved. Ton of industry people live in that neighborhood. Location location location, baby. Ten minute walk from Runyon canyon, where the stars and wannabes hike.

Isn’t it fake? The guy is looking at the furniture , when you buy a property would you really consider the furniture?, that is the part that goes out with the actual owners… He should consider the spaces, the lay out, the textures..

Beautiful yes but why does 1 single person need so much space? How lonely!
