I live in western Washington. Lots of salmon and steelhead, but we're not very famous for bass fishing. One of my close fishing buddies is a huge swimbait enthusiast. Dude easily has 5k in swimbaits alone. He's caught fish over 8 pounds at every single lake in my area, and there's a lot of lakes here. Shits crazy. I'll never make fun of expensive baits like that.

Done this before…. With some kids lure I talked to and lost and hour before…… said the line broke on a 10 pound bass, was a twig, 2 pounds most. Kid left early never got to return it 😂

100.00 lure you have to much money

Maaaan I watched some kid with his mom, bird nest his bait caster at the reservoir, he took it well, tried to get it loose but then you just hear him try to rip out the line before he reels in over the top of the mess. Goes to cast and it about 20 yards of line goes out and it snaps his lure off into the middle of the lake.

He went home immediately.

I love finding lures of all types, even bobbers. Sometimes I'll spend more time lure hunting than fishing!

Broken or not, I wouldn’t handle those capacitors without shorting them out first. If they discharge into your hand you get a very painful shock that could potentially electrocute you.
