Ezreal will always be S+ in every patch if you’re good on him. Best blind pick, strong lane, outranges most adcs late game. Of course only if you’re really good on him. If you’re average or better than average in him then he’s B or C tier.

There is no physical not mental way that smolder is S tier. His nerfs might be the strongest any champion got in LoL's history so I think he's more low A/high B tier now.

Lategame changes to sions shield along with hearsteel buffs are significant enough in low elo. If you don't die 24/7, this will be impactful and sion is more closer to A.

TBH i belive smolder should have kept his scaling on Q execute tweak the numbers but dont make infinite scaling into scaling up to 225 stacks. I belive his burn damage scaling is so low its barely noticable.
