What is रहें mean?

Very good lesson but I have a hard time trying to figure out the meaning of each word in the sentence. It would be much more easier if you explain also the meaning of the words. Any way I love all you video. Thank you very much. Regards from Malaysia.

I regard your Daily Converstaions videos as most challenging but also most valuable (in terms of learning potential) type of videos. They are realistic and helpful and very much appreciated.
Maybe a suggestion: Some of the grammatical concepts are not understandable by only providing 1:1 translations. I personally would like to get more insight into the grammatical background/rules of the more advanced sentences and sentence construction. For example:
7th Sentence: The purpose of "jo"
19th Sentence: Hua/Huee constructions and how to use them

Matlab, maybe this might be easy for some other viewers, but that would be very interesting for me. However, I generally want to thank you for all your efforts. I have been watching many of your videos and the quality is amazing for a beginner learner. Bahut dhaanyawad!
