Some users have to use google drive or dropbox to create the link. Does Mydesigns have the ability to create a link and cloud like storage built into their software?

Question: Maybe a list of costs and explanation what happens when items are returned by customers for each printing partner by Mydesigns. What happens to those products? Can we resell them again, how? Are they being stored? If so, what are the monthly costs etc...
