Last night my lady went to use the tv in the bedroom and the Fire Remote would only turn the Set on and off, I did a work around with the original TV remote after replacing the batteries and trying to re-pair with the Stick. This morning I looked up some how to fix this issue and found you easy to follow and understand video, followed the steps and everything is working well.....The Stick is a newer model with the longer remote but the steps all worked just fine.....Thank you for the video....

My remote just stopped working for no reason, I have tried everything possible and nothing is working. This is the first time this has happened. When it freezes up I just unplug it and it’s good to go but not this time. So frustrating

I watched two other videos with directions, and they did not help. I tried yours, and it worked! I take it these things are a bit tricky and don't always work the first time. So the other videos might be good information, but my remote just wasn't ready to cooperate. Thank you.!
