Oats are actually re-building your gut lining, but oat milk is mostly seed oils so it sure isnt good for u😜

I live in the south side of Brooklyn. My nephew moved to Bushwick and I helped him move..well, my van did, I carried nothing. Upon finishing, my wife got back in the van and I just stared at her. She finally looked up and ask what was going on. I told her I had no idea how to get home and needed directions lol.
