I love that women aren’t hating on mini skirts/shorts. I am very thin, yet I have a 34E chest. I have found that loser tops and shorter bottoms, Look the best on me. If I wear tight on top, I really accentuate my chest, if I wear loose on top and bottom, I lose my figure altogether. If I wear a loose shirt and tight pants, my proportions look crazy. Yet button down shirts, and/or sweaters, with 3 inch bottoms, look best on me.
