ОтветитьUsing baking soda alone is wrong. I didnt see you put any acidic ingredient like honey. You should use baking powder instead as it is both acid and alkaline for maximum aeration of the caramel. If you use honey then you can use baking soda. Cant believe gordon ramsay would make that mistake.
