At The Color Bar, we stay committed creating programs/campaigns that become opportunities for us to offer our expertise on hair color as accessible to everyone.

May it be promotions or campaigns or partnerships, it’s always with the intent to reach more audience and let them experience our commitment to excellent service.

We remain with our mantra No Matter What Color – which essentially means we will deliver at par service to anyone who sits in our chair.

For the last 6 years, we have consistently launched 2 Hair Makeover contests each year.

New Year New Me Hair Makeover Contest

We ran this contest at the start of every year (Jan-Feb timeframe). The origin of this contest comes from one of our core values: we always sure that we deliver the best service every time. We believe that every hair color makeover comes with a story behind it. And this is our way of honoring it.

Every year, we select 2 to 3 winners who will receive a free hair color makeover – be it Balayage, Highlights, Full Color with Highlights, Full Color or Color Melt.

All joiners have to do is to post a photo/video in Instagram along with a caption/story on how hair color change affects him/her positively.

We started this contest in 2019 and since then, we had about 14 winners whom we have gifted beautiful hair transformations.

PRIDE Hair Makeover Contest

This Hair Makeover Contest by The Color Bar is a celebration. This happens every JUNE with winners being announced in JULY.

JUNE is our anniversary month. The Color Bar officially opened its first branch in BGC on June 29, 2018.

And JUNE is also, as we all know, PRIDE month.

The same message of inclusivity and PRIDE is what The Color Bar espouse and we always see fit to celebrate our years of delivering beautiful creations by running a Hair Makeover Contest during this special month.

For this contest, joiners can submit entries by posting in IG & FB with a PRIDE themed-photo, coupled with a caption / story that answers the question “What are you most proud of?”

We also started this in 2019, and had since then 17 winners.

For our 2024 winners of the New Year New Me Hair Makeover Contest, the transformations were done in our newly opened branch in Molito Alabang.

There’s no stopping for us – we are committed to have these contests year after year as it speaks well of our values and things that we celebrate. Platforms may change, as this year we also introduced Tiktok as a platform to invite joiners.
