I remember few years ago watching Mark Wein’s video 📹 and then going to every Khao Soi places he went in Chiang Mai ❤️ But I kinda forgot about it, then thanx to our friends on instagram. They just reminded me and suddenly made me crave Khao Soi as well.

Noodle wise, I know egg noodles is typical for Khao Soi in Chiang Mai, but I actually preferred @kinstreetfood version with rice noodles which apparently is typical Khao Soi in North-Eastern part of Thailand 🇹🇭

The soup was on the thicker side.
