This is so heartbreaking! 😢💔 That poor man, he had such a wonderful, happy life ahead of him, only for it to be brutally torn away with his daughter's murder and his wife's suicide. I'm bawling like a baby here!😭😭😭 Nobody deserves to go through so much pain and sorrow of losing their loved ones like that!

Now that’s something you don’t see in an anime protagonist, having watch his daughter die to a child molester and watching his wife’s corpse laying in the pool after she took her own life because she couldn’t handle her daughter’s death.

No matter where i look, this performance of Kenjirou Tsuda is never talked about enough. Arguably one of his most diverse and hard hitting performances to date. Love his Joker, Nanami and Kishibe, but you never see any of them completely break down the same way he does in this scene. A true classic 🔥

The animation is really goofy here but the show comes from such a random studio, even so the anime is a hidden gem

i didnt even watch the anime but the way his family was killed made me feel angry in a way ive never felt angry and its also the saddest thing ive seen in all of anime and ive seen a lot of different sad animes

This clip hit insanely hard even before I watched the anime. After watching the anime it hit SO much harder, and it's such a shame that this series never got a second season.
