Going that fast and getting to that point are two different metrics to consider. If this can keep up with a Koenigsegg then I'll consider it a hypercar but even a Bugatti veyron is still considered a supercar and it goes that fast. It just takes considerable time and space to get there.
The price point however isn't arguable and makes me laugh at the elite getting duped.

He likely doesn't want the wife and kids to know how on the edge that would be. About 204 mph with the rear wing set at high stability down force is what would be expected as the top speed. The test car likely had more horsepower than stock.
