Other portable, high protein snack idea are: On the west coast of Canada we have candied salmon, then there is beef and salmon jerky. All are high protein and very easy to carry in your purse or bag.

ОтветитьI dont eat animal products so I find it difficult to eat enough protein that doesn't come with a chunk of carbs. Some days I get to the end of the day and I'm still 200 calories below my claorie budget and am 20/25 g below my protein goal but I just can't fit any more food in my stomach. Any advice?

ОтветитьHave you noticed whey, collagen or regular protein making you break out? Since I started adding those I’ve had little red bumps on my face. Normally my skin is super clear. So I just wondered if maybe that was causing it. Maybe if I try to drink more water that won’t happen as much? Thank you!!

ОтветитьHI - these are all great! thank you. If I may add, one of my go-to high protein snacks are the tuna pouches. They come in all kinds of different flavors and also in salmon, chicken, or pulled pork! About $1/$1.50 each at Walmart!
ОтветитьQuest protein chips are yummy. Just pricey. Most to go snacks seem to be cheeses and protein bars. I just cant eat that much cheese.
May need to check out your protein bars....maybe the cliff bars.

Hey Michelle I was just wondering if it’s ok that I split up my workouts for body recomp and I was wondering should I be eating the calories back that I burned?? And how do I know if I’m on the right track to body recomp and not bulking just wondering?im 14 and I’m trying to do a body recomp but I’m having trouble can you help me with just a couple questions I have?i wanted a personal trainer but I think they wanted to charge me 224 every week so like 6,000 a month I’m currently thinking about following a body recomp workout plan from transparent labs is it ok that I follow that workout routine since I got it online it would be great if you could respond!

ОтветитьMay I suggest you weigh the turkey, I bought the same slices and 2 slices doesn’t equal the 73 g and therefore not the amount of protein it says. I weigh and portion out the 73g( I believe it’s 73 or 75g) and I’m sure to have the amount of protein it actually is. 😊
