- Don't employ the most capable people for a job, employ 2. tier
- Following you blindly is more important than skills
- Do not accept criticism of any kind
- For high positions always employ outsiders, never internals
- Corrupt with money
- Sell yourself, not your product
- People believing you have a good product is more important than actually having a good product
- Do never ever forget the shareholder. You make them rich they make you rich. It's not the customer, dummy.
