ОтветитьWhat works for me... I run 3 miles on the elliptical machine, 30 minutes, then I do abs workout routine, planks, mountain climbers, and push ups, and hang time. I finish with another 6 mile run on the treadmill or elliptical machine. Do what works for you.
ОтветитьI found what works best for me is to do my cardio seperate from weights, for example, walk the dog in the morning as cardio and do weights in the evening. May not work for everyone as bodies are different.

ОтветитьCardio is a waste of time and energy and most of the time you're killing your joints. Do high intensity weight training workouts instead... you'll get your heart rate pumping harder/faster and you'll burn way more calories in a shorter period of time.
