Home With Jesus most of the Andy Griffith cast including Andy Griffith Don Knotts Frances bavier and Betty Lynn Howard Morris Howard McNear and many other Andy Griffith cast you guys made TV the very best I may be a 33 year old young man but I have an old soul and I love good old classic TV really it shouldn't they classic TV we should still have shows like that today of course not The Andy Griffith Show but we should have clean morals trust me back then you can have fun without all the dirtiness nudity cussing and all that stupid stuff they put in TV now should be outlawed from the TV yes I am a Christian conservative Southern Man and I believe in good clean fun and I believe we can still have that today if we just would the devil has really destroyed television that's why I watch Like The Andy Griffith Show Leave it to Beaver even Anusha newer- modern-day show called Heartland that's not filled with dirtiness what is wrong with good old-fashioned clean fun without garbage you can have fun without garbage no gays no lesbians no abortions no garbage just good old clean fun

Andy said he was quitting at the end of 5th season. Fife explored other options.

Best TV show ever, IMO

I watch the Andy Griffith Show every night. I saw it way back when. It never gets old. And Thelma Lou was one of the best and consistent characters ever.

I watch the Andy Griffith Show every weeknight on Sundance TV here in Hawaii. I love it and miss all the great actors and actresses on this show. Betty Lynn’s character, Thelma Lou and Don Knotts’s, Barney Fife was an integral part of the show. Their relationship was real and they really loved each other. The parts when they argued and made up was hilarious but yet warm and tender. They were so many supporting, guest actors or actresses that were unknown at the time who became very famous celebrities; many thanks to Andy Griffith like Jim Nabors or Don Rickles. God bless Ms. Betty Lynn. She will be missed. ❤️🙏🏽❤️

I watch it everyday and I waited to watch it bc other shows was on and lots of them I have not seen or remembered as a child,but it's something to look upon how real we really had a life like that,kids it was real.

I bought the AGS collection on dvd a few years back and my 3 daughters fell in love with the show. Now they watch I love Lucy, The Beverly Hill Billies and even gotten into old Movies just because of the charm and pure essence of it all.

I think Andy Griffith got tired of all the hoopla about Mayberry and the Andy Griffith tv show... he was more about making money from it.

She passed away in 2021. If that would have been my time I would have Dated her she was better than Andy's girlfriends. R.I.P
