ОтветитьThere are lots of clever hidden table concepts, but most of them don't address the issue of where to put all those chairs, for your 10 person dinner party, when you're not using them.
ОтветитьThose rooms for kids with roll out beds are HUGE. Each kid could have their own rooms
ОтветитьIs it available in India🇮🇳 please give address
ОтветитьI love it
ОтветитьI love the unit that just at first is a book shelf and then fold out to the sides with bed in the middle and fold out desk on the side. I also love the room with drawer beds for children.
ОтветитьThe children's room didn't make a lot of sense to me. You still have to keep all that floor space clear every day for the beds to slide out at night. In reality, this has to be a really big room, and a set of bunk beds would free up much more useable space, thus eliminating the need for this large of a room.
I mean, it isn't like it's a room for adults who can stay up late if they need to. Children need to have quiet at their bed times. So you can't really use that bed floor space for anything else... You can't entertain, for example, in the bed floor space, then shoo your guests out of the kids' room bed space at 8:00 pm so that you can pull out the beds and shut the bedroom door so that your children can sleep? The beds might as well just stay out.
A better way would be for the raised floor to be adult space, such as a home office, or even a kitchen!, or regular dining space or home workout area, that sort of thing? And an adult full? queen? sized bed to be the sliding bed. You can pull the bed out slightly in order to act like couch seating, and when the adults are ready to sleep, pull the bed all the way out.
That way the bedroom, with a door, can be the children's room...
I'm interested in the wall desk with dual monitors!
ОтветитьI've seen one similar to a coffee table, but it still looks impressive. For the drop, I thought it would be something commonplace, and then I could replace the whiteboard with other items like pictures. Damn, genius. I hope it's sturdy enough.
ОтветитьThese things are neat but nobody thinks about that lil issue called bugs. Anyone can end up getting pests one way or the other, even clean people, noones immune to the possibility so to that end, I want as little nooks n crannies as possible. They'd be too hard to deal with, can't get into all them spaces. I've helped get rid of bugs a large portion of my life and it all got overwhelming when I became too ill to do all that anymore so now I teach people to go for efficiency & practicality not just for dual use. I dealt with trundle beds and captain beds, and the like, it is not fun. Alot of these pieces in this video are also not durable, real life living is messy, sloppy, rough, and tough. Kids and men are harder on things than teens and women, generally of course lol. In order for such ideas to be realistic they better be made durable!
There has to be a balance in all things. We actually do need space to be freed up for energy and air circulation so decluttering is the best way to make small spaces feel bigger, not just adding more drawers piling up to cram stuff into. Just get rid of stuff and you won't need the storage. Or at least make it out of metal or a material that bugs can't nest in.
The table to eat and made smaller, the desk that turns into a picture, the Murphy bed, the condiment cabinet,, the stair loft. Actually I love all the furniture. They all save space and are easy to use. Multi use furniture
Is very good for minimalists like me.
This is furniture is for the future like with Mr.Elon Musk Uses $50,000 Boxabl Tiny Home As a Guest House
Aug 5, 2022 — The Las Vegas company Boxabl is creating the $49,500 Casita, a 375-square-foot prefab tiny home. Elon Musk said he owns one of the units, which .. new little homes that he makes he will need to makes furniture like this is going to be an necessity.
Brilliant designs!
ОтветитьManual without electricity is smart
ОтветитьVery nice furniture. I love double duty furniture. However, when it's double duty, most manufacturers charge double whatever each single duty piece together would cost. So, I've looked but never bought.
ОтветитьGreat space saving ideas! Thanks for the research!
ОтветитьBookcase bed
ОтветитьThe last one.
Ответитьthe problem with mattresses that fold easily as to be in convertible/multifunction furniture is that they will not offer nice support. so the sliding murphy bed is a good idea for one night guests only but the better idea is the standard murphy bed so you can use a better mattress.
ОтветитьIf your house is actually small, you can't unfold most of these designs. Look how huge those rooms are.
ОтветитьI love the Murphy beds
ОтветитьSo cool.
ОтветитьGreat ideas in general, but the issue with the kid's room is that it's a bit of a safety hazard. Young children are a menace, and having moving furniture where they can accidentally squish themselves isn't a good idea. What's missing is some sort of child-proof lock feature locking these beds in place when extended. Having some type of barrier you move down into position at the head of the bed would do it, so the beds can't be pushed back when in use.
ОтветитьThe problem with convertible furniture for small spaces is that it often uses the space that would be otherwise used for storage, or at least eliminates the space that otherwise could have been used as a storage - and storage is also quite difficult in small spaces..
ОтветитьVery interesting concepts, awesome designs and ideas, unfortunately not EVERYBODY can afford these luxury items!!
But on the budget spectrum, can be built with creative 2nd hand items😃👍
The children’ s bedroom is the best ever seen 👍🏻✅
ОтветитьWhy did you blur out a wine bottle?
ОтветитьThat pull-down desktop (#2) is just all sorts of sketchy to me. That either be one hell of a robust hinge. If not, there should be supplemental side supports cause people are gonna lean on the desk top.
ОтветитьY not tell which city/country sells these firniture cir hw much ?
ОтветитьSome really neat ideas. I particularly like the kitchen storage ideas for otherwise hard to each items. Really cool. 👍😀
