Yamaha GC1 and GC2 Grand Piano Comparison

I could hear a large difference in the GC2, they are both yamahas so they are both the best sound in my opinion, but one has much more dynamic contrast and you can hear the hammer hit at lower dynamics

I do not hear the difference.

Are those binaural headphones/microphones you are using in combination with the side-mounted microphones, Hugh? The recordings you have produced on this video sound very good through my HD 650 headphones.
I am still thinking about getting a GC2 for my upstairs area, Rich, but we are not in a hurry right now. And, we will be calling to discuss the M&H we need to swap out.

Amazing and super rich sounds! Powerful yet clear and not noisy! The GC2 seems to have slightly longer resonance.
