ОтветитьI made this twice so far and it's good. But the recipe provided yields like half of what is shown on camera. Do they make a double batch and not mention it? Also, does anyone have info on the carbs (both total and net)? I calculated by adding the ingredients into my food tracker app and it says one-eighth of a loaf (which is basically three pretty thin slices -- a reasonable serving size for a bread of these proportions) is still more than 20 grams of carbs. I'm fairly new to keto and don't really know much about the difference between net carbs and total carbs or how to calculate that difference. Any advice is very welcome!

ОтветитьI think I'm going to use tigernut flour instead of almond flour because decrease testosterone and tigernut flour is a flower that is resistant starches and carbs which means when you eat in it goes right through you and you don't get none of the carbs in your system so it basically makes zero carbs on the research I done this is what I found and the health benefits of tiger nuts are unbelievable but through research they found out that these nuts are amazing medicine but really they're not really nuts they call them tiger nuts but they're actually tubers vegetables that grow in the ground in the ground the flower and the nuts cost way more than almonds but I'm more concerned about the health benefits and raising my free testosterone levels cuz that's what this not does has a whole lot of other health benefits God bless you dr. ОтветитьI am allergic to almond flour . I become really I’ll when I consume it . Almonds are low in fodmaps but as a flour it is high and I don’t tolerate it ! I tolerate wheat four and that is saying something !
