Those complaining abt price/cost, after following channels for different nyangas,i learnt those effective concortions contain ingredients that are deep and sometimes difficult to get. For example if a certain muti needs Kangaroo tongue, jus imagine e process of getn a Kangaroo, or a process of getn a certain tym of isilwane(animal) required for a certain product. Some ingridients ajule, what if it needs the eye of a Hyena, the ears of a cat, ? Imagine e process of getn ol tht and then cooking it ol to make u a concorttion. Its different with going to herbal store to buy umuthi for libido or headache. They will never tell u tht this concortion contain bufallo intestines or something they will jus say umuthi but u dnt get to know e ingridients list.
