This annoys me!!! Not the video but the multiple routines out there in curly girl land. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle used to be my holy grail then I watched so many videos who position was no paragons, sulfated, phthalates and on and on and on. I have LoPo, fine hair and have used so many lines but in an effort to stay healthy and true to leading a less chemically enhanced curl life; I tossed anything that had a so called "harmful" product. I just got off of Ayurvedic (which went scorched earth on my hair) and I am back to using Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair, As I Am Coconut Cowash and Tropical Isle Living JBCO. In spite of my using these items, I KNOW my hair needs slip. It just does and unfortunately I have yet to find a totally all natural product that does what Aussie 3 Minute Miracle did for my curls.

I love that TheChicNatural is using what works for her. Unapologetically... Shouldn't that be the goal for all naturals? Using what works even if you have to criss-cross between natural products and products with chemicals to help prevent breakage, shedding and dryness. I appreciate this video.

What kind of brush is and where can I get one?

If I may add, rinsing with cold water (in high porosity hair mainly) seals in the conditioner previously introduced through warm water. It works for me, I hope it helps, sheers gurls!!

Warm water is better, hot water dries out your hair.

Hot water can also lead to shedding of the hair. Just like too much heat while flat ironing your hair, hot water can lead to shedding
