Tom was way off in his prediction of how small caps were going to do. This means he was also severely off in his prediction of the direction of interest rates. We should all be very careful with talking his perspective as gospel.

Small cap did well because USA was manufacturing a lot of things. Now not so much... lots of things are imported. The large cap keep doing well because they're making things for the whole world to use.
