Many people overestimate the budget needed.
- There are great mice in the 25-40 range, Like the Deathadder V2 mini, G305 Lightspeed, Viper Mini, Deathadder essential. And for 50-70 you can get a Glorious Model O or Model D, Zowie ZA13 or FK1-B. Sure those aren't a GPro X Superlight or Deathadder V3 but still good.
- And big mousepads with good surface that don't slide aren't expensive either. There are good ones for under 10, and if you spend 20-25 you're pretty much at the best anyway. No, that isn't an artisan or Skypad, but still good options. And when in doubt a good desk surface will do the trick anyway.
- Monitor is trickier, but 1080p144 are cheap, and even 60 or 75 Hz will be enough if you're really budget limited. A good response time is more important anyway. And a well kept used one can be a really good deal. I've bought used 1680x1050 monitors for 40 on ebay. Not high end gaming, but playable.
- Keyboards are pretty much a no brainer. Everything works. Even rubberdome. It doesn't need n-key rollover as long as the layout is done right to allow the right keys together.
- For audio there is obviously the HyperX stuff, but a good tip is budget hifi headphones. Like those Superlux for 25 or the chinese ones. You won't get phatt g4m1ng bass, but good audio for cheap.
