Somewhat new to the game and this is helping a lot but how do you have Halberd/Mace throw and Bisect EX Skills when none of your parts or sub parts have them?

Got any tips for the Gundam Frames challenge. I know you have to use physical/melee damage but all of the parts I use can barely do a thing to the frames even with the ex skills. I also set them to the max 6 star tune up and given them at least 5 star marks but still, I'm not even scratching off part of their HP.

If it helps, the main EX skills I've been using in this challenge are shield throw, iron impact(takes too long to charge up), shield bash, and Char Aznable's Gelgoog leg EX skill.
