"Beware the demon he walks among you, he wears the best disguise." This is the thing that will drive their victims insane. People think these narcissists/psychos are charming , nice.......scallywags. They make excuses for them. When you realise what's going on, they've conned your support network and you're on your own. They have carefully constructed images. Completely fake, very effective none the less. Personal experience: they can drive us to the brink of desperation. 😢

They have no emotions, it's not that they don't care, they can't care. They do not have the emotional burdens or restrictions. It's not evil, evil requires intention. Evil is driven by morals, which is driven by emotions. Same with good.
They are pure rational mind. Most optional abnormal things are because of feelings. Likes, dislikes, friendship, vengeance, gender disphoria, sexual identity, fandoms, favorite shows, personal expression, wants, desires, depression, anxiety, unaliving self, all emotion. They don't need that, so they don't do it.
Now, survival, that is logic. So is danger. Fear? No. But awareness of the situation.

None of the 3 villains she listed are portrayals of psychopathy.
A good example would be Data from StarTeek. Most of the good psychopathic depections are attempting to play robots. Most "psychopathic" chadacters are portraying sociopathy.

True malicious psychopaths should terrify you. 1, because they had to logically come to that decision. 2, because they will do it perfectly.

It’s similar to what’s called “masking”. I am on the autism spectrum. I’m not psychopathic, I’m actually an empath beyond it being healthy, but I cannot socialize naturally. Much of the way I socialize is learned recreated rather than natural action and reaction with set parameters. At times I do have to catch myself in using this fact to get what I want, because when you are creating your own reactions based on your understanding of how people work, having lived life with your actions being somewhat disconnected from how you actually feel, it is easy to be manipulative. It’s like being the man behind the curtain. There’s me, and only my fiancé knows that person. She’s on the spectrum as well, and we are both able to express our and understand each others natural emotions. Then there’s the shell I live in, the person I’ve designed and created to interact and communicate with the neurotypical population.
I imagine it’s much the same for a psychopath, just without having the emotions in the background to ignore. We all have the capacity for evil and selfishness. It’s just some people have no mechanism to keep them from acting on those things to the fullest extent.

I thought that I was psychopathic and narcissistic because of the feedback that I got from people around me, then I realized that I was just talk straight about their problem and how to solve them, but people did not accept that. Now I am in a better empathic shape based on other people because I just fucking stay quiet and let them waste away.

But I do not let that happen that’s for sure because I try to help but with a bit more tactic in my eloquence. It’s a bit more than I have to exert, but I really wanna help people and get the job done.

ASPD people do nice things partly motivated by self serving agendas. But so does every person! I dont believe any person acts completely altruistically. Even people who commit acts in aid of others where there are seemingly self sacrificial ramifications are probably getting some kind of personal pay off. Even if its only an emotional payoff like it makes them feel good doing things for other people or they have some saviour or hero complex or they get their kicks and esteem from martrying themselves. Noone is actually,, genuinely, selflessly nice deep down

this is an absolute true! this time i'll agree. true1000000% the tend to be a perfect actors and manipulators. they perfectly controlling themselves and their anger. i used to know one lady, a school teacher , who during the daylight was so effing holly and loving and self sacrificing that u could even put her on your wound to heal. ...at home she would be beating her own children till broken bones. almost on daily basis. eventually she got arrested. i dont believe in a "merry sunshine" image any longer since. and feel like puking looking at ppl who look and act "totally normal" even in the situations when normal person shouldnt.
