It's technically also possible that the Galaxies HK-47 is the original HK-47 from The Foundry and Malgus' modified Emperor's Space Station/Foundry that survived, considering Malgus himself survived its destruction. After all, considering Galaxies' HK-47 mission was released long before the content that followed SWTOR's Knights of the Fallen Empire that established the Shroud as having made copies of his body, it's likely that the Galaxies Devs intended it to be the original HK-47.
EDIT: Also I just noticed the Galaxies Hammerhead model is significantly different from the KOTOR one.
the still alive song from portal fits perfectly with hk-47
ОтветитьOh Star Wars, you are the land of canonized fan fiction. If a character gets popular enough fan love will keep them alive even when it stops making sense. It's beautiful.
ОтветитьI remember reading about HK-47 on SWG, I wish I could've played that game and see his shenanigans there.
ОтветитьI feel like this was the writers just trying to capitalize on a popular character and being too lazy to come up with a new character that would make more sense in these settings.
Why bring Revan and HK47 back from the dead repeatedly like this? None of this is new to me but they are definitely choices I did not care for. It reminds me way too much of the Dragon Ball series, where death is little more than an inconvenience as early as just the Cell saga of DBZ. I just really dislike writing that repeatedly revives characters. It takes out any meaning to their previous deaths and it honestly destroys the suspense.
The add it the question of - how the bloody hell did the CIS have anything to learn from a 4000 year old war droid? Was the technology that created him lost at some point? Was there some one off line in a conversation or something that explained it that I missed?
It might make more sense if HK47 had been made by some ancient dead civilization or using ancient Rakatan technology or some other lost tech. But I've played both KOTOR games several times and I don't remember that ever been stated.
now i have to think of an murderous Elcor Companion for Mass Effect
Ответить>based on the zero data I’ve collected
Absolute chad
I think HK-47 is my favorite droid in Star Wars lol. HK-47 is just great
ОтветитьSnarky murder bot is best boy
ОтветитьStill not a fan of Galaxies, and also not into TOR much.
Ответить"Commentary: I say we blast the meatbag and save you the trouble, Master."
ОтветитьHe is my DnD party's pilot in my DND campaign.
They found his brain attached to a Sith Holocron and put it in a Seperatist commando droid
“‘ Meat 🥩 Bag 🔥 “
ОтветитьZero data surveys are the best surveys
ОтветитьTo me, this was too convoluted even for Star Wars, hmm
ОтветитьHk-47 is objectively the absolute BEST star wars Droid character ever
ОтветитьImagine him being around in the vong wars fighting the invaders.
ОтветитьI hated the HK boss fight in the foundry, I died so many times.
ОтветитьI like to think that he re-emerged for the last time when the Vong arrived. The ultimate war, against the ultimate flesh-bags.
