Its Trudeaus fault for allowing mandates to affect employment rates during covid. Unemplyment rates plummeted due to increasing minimum wages impacts of small businesses. Subsidized wages for foreign workers made it harder for Canadian resident to find jobs. Putting Canadian taxpayer money into the subsidy was meant to cause contention. Universities and colleges should not be dependant of foriegn students. Put money back into Canadians where it should stay
