I just found this and started this morning. Hopeful I find some relief. Thank you for posting and explaining!
ОтветитьGod bless you! This really helped! My neck has been out of whack for about two months. I know I have some arthritis and it will get better but still have tightness then back to square one. These exercises really gave me some relief.

ОтветитьI had neck pain radiating down through my traps. Did lots of stretching, massage, etc. I do exercises to strengthen my shoulders regularly. Now I have what feels like an inflamed vertebra (top of thoracic) Maybe overdid it on self massage ? What should I do ? Keep light exercise and stretching ? Still have tightness
ОтветитьThank you so much for those exercises. I’ve been doing neck stretches for a long time now but did not have any relief in my neck. I immediately performed your three exercises as soon as I watched your video. I almost immediately felt some relief. Honestly!!! Thank you so much for your help. I will share this with my friends.
ОтветитьThat was outstanding! Thanks! xoxo
ОтветитьDo you have another example on the first exercise? Difficult with the corner of a wall. I do not have that kind of corner in my house.! Grateful thank you!🙏🏵

ОтветитьWhat’s your view on organic castor oil as a pain reducing rub on pain areas?
ОтветитьMagic! For two days, I struggled with pain on the left side of my neck, especially in the morning. It went away!!! Actually, mid-way through the third exercise! Thank you so much, Alyssa!
ОтветитьI did the wall push earlier this week as part of the routine to make it easier to get off the floor. After I finished watching this video, it just dawn on me that my neck hasn't bothered me since then. Thank you, Dr Alyssa.
ОтветитьI began to have pain in my right shoulder and upper arm about 9 months ago. At times my right arm would feel some numbness and my right hand and fingers were very stiff. I visited my Ortho doctor. After several x-rays and and MRI he diagnosed me with cervical nerve compression and arthritis. I was given an injection of steroid and nerve block. This only provided relief for one day. It was suggested I go through therapy. I completed several weeks of therapy and one session of dry needling. I only noticed temporary relief and some days pain returned at a greater degree. The doctor recommended more injections which I declined. They then referred me to more therapy at a different facility. Again I had some relief but nothing permanent. I have pain from my scapula through right shoulder and upper arm muscles. Bicep tendon is inflamed. I am at a point where I believe I tend to subconsciously tighten my muscles, traps, rhomboids etc. I'm focusing on trying to relax these as much as possible all the time to see if I can achieve some healing.
