Would python mojo the best backend language to use with bun 1.0 for the front end?
ОтветитьStarting front end dev with bun would be lucrative?
ОтветитьGood video production, good video content - goooood
Ответитьi cant keep up with all of these tech stacks!
ОтветитьI thought we were moving away from bundlers and more into splitting like esbuild style apporaches
ОтветитьEvery week there's a new language, or a new framework...You can't settle, you can't make up your mind. I think I'll just throw in the towel, and get back to vanilla PHP or Perl 🤣
ОтветитьYou should speak faster.
ОтветитьI can read file in my nodejs project in a different way ?!?! BUN HERE I COME
ОтветитьGoodJob!
ОтветитьNo Bun Intended 😂
ОтветитьBun is actually bad
ОтветитьI need some bun in my life
Ответитьlmao
I remember 8 years ago when you mentioned sql to a web developer he would laugh. It was all mongo db baby.
Now it seems it's cool again to have a relational DB at available.
A couple years from now maybe we'll discover the JVM (Javascript virtual machine) and that'll be the new revolution.
Bun might be fast and fun but it will take years to be adopted by the JS community. By that time superBun will be out.
Ответитьyou all guys talking like this wasn't built for this and that
so why dont you please elaborate a little,
what language for backend?
what for frontend?
what for native, windows? linux? android?
There is probably 0 reason at all to ever make a technology switch for such a minor improvement unless it's very material.
ОтветитьRemember when this was a channel devoted to teaching actual technologies and libraries instead of a news channel? Pepperidge farm remembers
ОтветитьEagerly awaiting the day when all the coding word-salad that gets tossed about is finally dressed with copious amounts of comprehension, then seep into the deepest recesses of my brain and begin to make sense. Until then, I will continue to decompress heavily, questioning my life choices. 😆
ОтветитьAnd it access BUNdlers.
Badum tsss!!!
Bun is not fully compatible with Node and I doubt it will be.
ОтветитьWhat about using million js with bun for React together ? 🤔
ОтветитьBun is nice, a very underrated part is using uwebsockets under the hood. A criminally underrated libtary. And bun makes the api much better
Ответитьanother bloated useless hype.
ОтветитьWhat? Another One? Quick! Where's my Gun 😑🔫
Ответитьjob posting requirement: 5+ years bun development experience
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention that it is half complete and missing many many many features.
ОтветитьI call my girlfriend 'Bun' . Need to change now.
ОтветитьI’m tired of how much stuff there is to deal with when it comes to js.
Ответитьsqlite built in is actually a negative feature
ОтветитьJavaScript framework devs like: "Learned enough SPA JavaScript frameworks ?? Now be ready for great journey of learning of tooo.... many JS runtimes.
ОтветитьI know you did not just say "bunx" that's just horrendous
ОтветитьHR:
Minimun 3 years of experience, else don't even apply
>you can use import and require in the same file
I feel the weight of the world has been taken off my shoulders.
Just when I started to learn node.js something like this pops up 🙃
ОтветитьCan someone here explain how they could achieve such speed with the package manager?
ОтветитьYour api is slow, use another l... .la ... NO, BUN !
ОтветитьWill i ever be able to learn em all, at this point its like pokemon 😂 there is just too much
Ответитьwhy do you end your videos like that
ОтветитьDo another video review of Mojo. Is it living up to the initial hype?
Ответитьwhat happened to your mom :(
ОтветитьIts still a shock to me that Bun 1.0.0 does not run natively on a windows machine
ОтветитьOhh, come on! I just started learning JS 😆
ОтветитьTried out DevGPT for a few minutes, kinda fun, but the MacOS app is really buggy. Being able to generate code and sync to IDE is really nice tho. Can't do much complex task but perfect to generate boilerplate specific to your project. Not sure if could replace chatGPT or Copilot tho.
ОтветитьLooking forward to native typescript support.
ОтветитьLol damn I chose the right language:D
ОтветитьSeems too good to be true
Ответить
