I've had weight issues my whole life from overweight to bulimic and anorexic the overweight and even classed as obese nut my heaviest I have ever been is 110kgs but I'm at 90kgs now. Im 46yrs old I honestly don't know how some people get that fat I mean it's insane

This show is why I started losing weight. I was a junk food addict. I started at 260 pounds and I'm now now 188 pounds. My weight goal is 135 pounds. I love eating healthy now.

I lost over 120 pounds in less than a year, and all the took aside from eating less and working out more is the mental fortitude to push yourself to lose weight. It’s not easy and once people start trying, more often than not they tend to give up. It all starts off by stopping yourself from eating the things you enjoy and that’s hard enough because you start to feel depressed and that’s when people lose the will to try. But once those mental obstacles are out of the way, it becomes a lot easier to lose weight. As funny as this dude is making it to be, this is still hard to watch, and I really feel bad for her, even though he’s not wrong with what he saying.

I was at 390 and didn't realize the difference until I saw my wedding photos. I was always an active person but I ate more than I worked out so I contradicted myself, especially during covid. I knew I had to change my whole life around. That was way too big for anybody to be. I'm almost under 300 now but I still have a way to go. Feeling a lot healthier and I'm working out a lot more and eating a lot less.
