Sub-Zero vs Scorpion | Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997)

In my opinion this is the best part of the movie

Sub-Zero is now a good guy and his ice powers are part of special effects.

The first one was so good for it’s time and the ending was such a good lead up to a second film! We waited years and got this forgettable low budget trash.

As bad as this movie is, this whole area and scene was honestly pretty good despite the cheesiness of the moves. Even Jax and Sonya vs. Cyrax wasn't too bad either. It was the Raiden and Shao Kahn moments and fights that were truly terrible in this film.

Kuai Liang vs Hanzo Hasashi.

Never noticed before, but the beginning segment of the music when scorpion appears is the same as in the first film when Johnny Cage ran into him in the woods.

That time Ross from Friends was in the Lin Kuei.

I w 5 years old when this came out. I loved it so much I'd rewatch it multiple times a day, along with the sequel. I eventually memorized the entire script and would say the dialogue line for line as I was watching it.

They turned up the Flash with there outfits and powers but I much prefer the Original Sub Zero and Scorpion

While the scorpion actor was not the same as the previous one, the sub-zero actor was. He played reptile which is why this is one of the best fights in this movie like the reptile fight in the previous
