ОтветитьI agree. Cans of tomato sauce is better and adding sugar cuts down the acidity. My only problem is, can sauces, can be extremely salty, and have unnatural preservatives as well. Maybe, making your own pasta sauce, true Italian style, can also determine & control what put in it.
Yes, no need to boil the noodles. I’m surprised too many people don’t know these tips. There are many websites & videos in making lasagna. Also, grating you own cheese is definitely better. Those who always cook, know these tips already. There’s nothing unique, however very informative……..thank you.
