How to remove "Activate windows" watermark permanently (windows 10&11)

Hi thanks for instructional. Since this method removes watermark only, my question is: do you have a method to activate the same digital license after a fresh win10 installation onto a 2nd laptop? My digital license is registered to a different laptop. So now with this fresh installation of the OS, the watermark appears and I cannot find a way to activate OS using the same digital license. All follow-up / assistance appreciate.

can confirm still works on windows 11 will update in a month if it stays gone and will update sooner if it comes back
