In episode 21, Ben still went back to the OR as an anaesthetist. He questioned Miranda about procedures in the OR, as he clearly wants to demonstrate that he is suited to be in OR. HONESTLY, looking at his body language, he is arrogant, egoistic, proud.

Miranda should have mentioned that Ben is kicked out of the residency program, and not to be in the OR at all. He should be blacklisted, so ...
1) need official written permission that he can access the hospital

In real life, any married couples in same company, one of them has to resign. If it's boyfriend girlfriend, they cannot be in the same department, not even in Finance, Audit or Procurement.

Ben saw the lift, but he still insisted on proceeding with the unlawful surgery.

From what I had read, Ben was still adamant to be in the OR, so he went back to anesthesist. In fact, Bailey shouldn't have showed the video to him. It should only be showed during the hearing. Of course, Ben will keep saying that he didn't see the lift doors open. Also, why didn't they contact the surgeon.

In real life, he will be sacked.

Imagine if they did something where they go to kill a character off.. only for them to survive, and then go off and live a different life.

Not only would that establish that the character is still alive, but maybe the actor would want to come back and reprise the role for a while, and if not then the character is just doing their own thing in universe.

I hated that they killed him off, I know he wanted to leave but there was already a logical way of him moving with his little girl.

I wish there was a scene of Miranda hugging Gibson during this episode. I think I would have lost it but I wish it existed.

Every person should strive to find a Miranda Bailey. I love the fact that ben can be the man of the house and strong but so comfortable to let his walls down to bailey and she can be strong for him when he needs it. Best couple ever hes not intimidated by her or jealous hut supports her title and hard work.

I'm just tired they keep killing people off on this show since, season two. They didn't kill anyone off on Grey's till season 5

This show has been dead for 7-8 years lol. End it! Better to end on a high then to pump out a bad product for money.

this scene is so sad but what i love about it is that ben allows Miranda to comfort him, and he allows himself to cry on her shoulder, and lean on her. when bad things happen a lot of character would just push their partners away and keep it bottled up, but ben allowed her to comfort him, and I just love it

These two is my absolutely favorite couple they have been together the longest on the show and are still together!!!!!!!
