this is what happens when you're cheap vs skill, you're not allowed to use the full skill of kungfu, eye jabs, kick to groin, its a matter whos bigger and use it to do submission holds, this is what happens when you're not use to ground fighting, all he had to do was drop him to the ground and make the aussie land on his back, instead the monk used brute strength, this is what happens when you ignore your training

Xie needs to learn bjj. He has pure power. But with grappling he couldve taken reese. Had so many chances to counter if he knew how.

I like how hard they fight and then how the winner cares about the defeated man and shows his appreciation and respect. That's great. Without that I'd hate this fights.

Funny how this “kung fu” fighter looks a LOT like a modern mma fighter. Almost like he’s not using any of his supposed Shaolin training at all. Weird…

All that martial art mastery is useless once you’re grappled to the ground. He knew he couldn’t win with strikes and kicks, the shaolin guy was more skilled and was dodging most of his attacks. But once he grappled him, the shaolin guy was done, he has no knowledge on how to defend against that. Great fight either way!

Both fighters were cross trained in striking and grappling, as all modern MMA fighters are.

If was a Shaolin this would end at least two ways i can tell now - first way would be like a litle kid playng fight AGAINST a adult guy /theyr FATHER for example - second way would be just the whole thin ending up in LESS than 1 minute [if Shaolin attacks]
