This makes me wonder... if you cast speak with dead on a wizard, could that wizard then cast a spell as long as the spell only needs verbal components?

The dead dude really came out and said “I feel a song coming on” and all the backup dancers started showing up

Fun idea the skelly you woke up was a arch mage not nekro but uses the wake up to become a lich and actually this was just him raising his fellow wizard military unit from the past to help and now there's A morally grey band of war wizard skellies.
Roaming around re starting an ancient war but with a undead flavor.
So yeah they happened to the village but before it was just the undead now its smart undead.
