I love his breathing technique! Beautifully done overall 👌👌
ОтветитьMan Martins is so good at verbalising physical action.
Definitely going to work on my eccentric dead lifts more and get absolute control before moving up weight.
The best exercise physiology channel - thanks!😁
ОтветитьIm Speechless this is a squat and Deadlift University no doubt
ОтветитьBest tutorial ive found, ive wanted to get lifting for a long time but trying to learn dL form has been tough.
ОтветитьThis was great. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьWhere should be the centre of gravity from starting to end mid foot ???
ОтветитьI watched your squat tutorial and I saw almost no difference between your set up vs Mark Rippetoes set up. But with deadlifts, Rippetoe has everyone keep their hips higher. He says there less movement under load because your that much closer to a standing position. Is there that much of a difference?
ОтветитьWhy so out of breath just talking?
ОтветитьSeems like Aaron's mic wasn't picking up the sound, unfortunately. Awesome video, thanks!
ОтветитьI only started resistance training last feb. Its been 20 years since i worked out seriously. A couple of years ago my L5 S1 bulged. Ive been rehabbing it thought it was stronger but when i started doing dealifts again it started hurting again. What should i do? Should i do my mckenzie exercises again 1st and stop doing deadlifts for now?
ОтветитьGreat video for someone like me who's just getting into deadlifting. Been lifting for many years but not DL so I'm adding it to my leg day but I want to start out doing it with correct / safe form.
ОтветитьAnybody else googling every other word? Just me? 😂 good times.
ОтветитьI think this is the best video about deadlifts I've ever watched.
ОтветитьAwesome. I feel much more knowledgeable, and now confident, to perform my deadlifts safely for maximum benefit. Super video.
ОтветитьTrying to understand the mind muscle connection with the squat, rdl, rdl, squat concept. Does this mean the quads and glutes fire in the first quarter of the motion, then hamstrings and glutes in the middle half, and finishing with the quads and glutes again? Any help would be appreciated.
ОтветитьMartins ❤❤
ОтветитьHoly shit. He explained “squat, rdl, rdl, squat” legit just changed my life.
ОтветитьMega useful
ОтветитьMan, John C. Reilly got huge!
ОтветитьMartins, that remark about RDL + squat is really helpful. Thanks guys!
ОтветитьThis video would have been better with a normal size human 🤣
ОтветитьDeadlift for the first time today and my back hurts. I realised from watching this video that the barn was in front of men instead of midfoot. I’ll try again with these tips in 2 days. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks !!
ОтветитьIf even a pro deadlifter is working through a couple injuries, then what hope does a hobbyist like me have? I feel like I tweak my back once a month or more, and I try to be so careful.
Ответить2 years later and I'm a new viewer to the vid. Great advice and tips, thank you so much you guys for the effort making videos and putting out this info. Much love and gainz for the new year!
ОтветитьAnyway to add timestamps to this video
Ответитьeither this guy was panting hard or he is a mouth-breather
ОтветитьThe trap in the big pink girl's t-shirts got no endurance. What's the point of being able to lift a weight once or twice before getting knackered? Also the form your advocating is pretty appalling.
ОтветитьAmazing video man! Thanks for the advice
Ответитьtwo of the best people in fitness
ОтветитьResourceful brothers and thanks. God bless
Ответить160kg deadlift performed perfectly and after he finished, he gave a childish smile.
Ответитьi have always horrible lower back pain while deadlifting, i will defenitly try this out, thank you very much!
ОтветитьJez jez💪
ОтветитьI thought he was strong but he really struggled with 135
ОтветитьThe slow "side angle view" is very helpful! Thanks!!
ОтветитьYour voice is a little echoey in the video, which makes it a little hard to hear what you're saying. Could we get please some subtitles or maybe a voiceover of what you're saying to make it a little clearer?
ОтветитьDoes strongest man uses strength anabolic steroids?
ОтветитьSqaut? Really? A typo like that?
ОтветитьHook grip?
Ответитьwonderful..very useful for me..
Ответить💦 💦 💦 💕
ОтветитьBreaking it down into an RDL & a squat makes it sooo much easier to grasp conceptually
Ответить13min
ОтветитьNo matter what I feel these in my back and it becomes sore. It’s so hard to keep my back straight, If feels like I have to arch it like a pornstar just so it won’t round
