Marino went to a Super Bowl. Teams never had defense or a running game his whole career. Rivers had good teams, but his defense was bend don't break, that doesn't work in playoffs.

As much as I like Lamar, the criticism of him is fair for someone who is a 2x MVP. He's better than any other QB in the league except Mahomes. Allen, Burrow, Herbert, Dak, Hurts, and any other QB is not in the same conversation with him.

I love Lamar and don't understand all the vitriol. I seem to recall that when he left Louisville, all the "experts" on the idiot box all said he wouldn't make it as an NFL QB.
