First of all nobody can be charged with failure to render aid when most police officers when they get into a shooting, they never check on the other person. They could care less. They'd rather let them die than check on the other person. In most situations where cop injures someone, they rarely check on them

The camera couple is unfortunately a victim of what’s essentially a Kia boy. They stole that car to use to steal other stuff. The police will never find them because the car is stolen probably
