I'm 39 years old and I TTC. Last year I had a 2 miscarrieges, so this year we hope to get pregnant again.
So far I found the information very Interesting and I will start to add certain ingredients to my diet, as well as follow the yoga exercises.

I’m sorry if I missed this, but do you have recommendations for dairy free options that can have the same benefits as full fat dairy? Thank you!
