Does anyone know if police investigated the man that is seen leaving right behind Brandi, in the surveillance video?
ОтветитьDid they go to the surrounding gas stations and see if maybe someone bought a gas can? Or if she went to a gas station with someone with that be on surveillance cameras?
ОтветитьI really wish you would do a video on human trafficking since there are many myths and misconceptions that people have about human trafficking.
For example, by far the most pervasive myth about human trafficking is that it always - or often - involves kidnapping or otherwise physically forcing someone into a situation. In reality, most human traffickers use psychological means such as tricking, defrauding, manipulating or threatening victims into providing commercial sex or exploitative labor. Many survivors have been trafficked by romantic partners, including spouses, and by family members, including parents. (source National Human Trafficking Hotline)
In the footage, she circles around back to cowboy... watch the shadow of her... you will see her legs shortly after
Ответитьjust pulled up on this story via Disappeared. So many missing people. This has to be the hardest situation for a family to deal with. One thing jumped out at me - why does it seem the story that she went to a club on empty, and asked strangers to buy her gas, was considered plausible by the police? This story that she asked strangers for gas money, but yet turned down free drinks is far-fetched. I would think that if she asked someone for gas money, that was a private conversation, maybe over a drink, and that person would be the number 1 person of interest. I think the person who mentioned this story to the police is also the person that stated she turned down a free drink. This is highly suspicious.
ОтветитьOk this one bothers me cause why was she so determined to go that far out with no gas? At 23 I partied HARD… clubs all the time etc I would go with very little money sometimes and sometimes very little gas BUT if I was going to go 40 mins out it was for a daaaamn good reason. I live about 40 mins from Michigan State and would only go there if there was a solid party/plan/club to go to. Never “just to check it out”.
ОтветитьThis is weird, looking at 15 18 years missing. This isnt something, these arent people you can talk home. You need to find her K***er. These sad cases are now where are they lost..😢
ОтветитьI saw exactly the same as Josh, cowboy hat says sth to her and she turns his way :(and he look 6 ft tall...
ОтветитьShe looks so different in every single picture
ОтветитьHas anyone ever thought that she just decided to leave and start over? DO NOT TAKE IT as I am saying she leaft he old life behind, I am just asking if that thought was ever brought up? Because why would she go so far with no money and knowing she had the chance to run out of gas, could she have not been happy with the way her life was going? I hope she is found.
ОтветитьI do think she might have been sex trafficked due to the fact her social security number was out there
ОтветитьI’m from this part of texas. I drive by the chapel hill high school to get to the community college almost everyday. Crazy this happened.
ОтветитьThe killer is on the list of ids scanned that night
ОтветитьEVERYTIME you show that footage of her leaving, I think it’s clear they were together. The minute she walks out she turns her head and she clearly walks left after going around the person standing at the curb. You can see her walking left. And the hat guy is looking at her.
ОтветитьIm 41 and have always put my purse behind the passenger seat any time I’m getting out without my purse. Especially when I was younger and going to clubs or bars that I wasn’t bringing my purse in. I still do it now when going to theme parks and bringing in a bookbag instead. I literally just did this 2 nights ago. I also don’t grab my purse when I get back in. Also with the seat pushed back, she could have moved the seat looking for something that fell on the floor.
ОтветитьI was in colorguard & winterguard all through high school. Wintergreen & BOA are national competitions for our school even to this day and we all knew about Corpus Christi; that have a reputation for excellence. My MIL worked in the performance arts section of the school & I always volunteered as I could & would go watch performances. We've had student families move just to be part of their performance arts programs. Them and Father Ryan.
ОтветитьWould love it for y’all to cover the Jessica Chambers case. She was burned to death in Mississippi.
ОтветитьI’m from the Northeast Texas area and I have never heard of this story. Sent chills up my spine because I’ve been to Grahams and Electric Cowboy many many times. Thank you so much for covering this case!
ОтветитьUnfortunately, 45 minutes to get somewhere in Texas isn’t out of this world - I’ve lived in various places in Texas my whole life and it’s wild trying to get places. We also had a Graham Central Station in San Antonio, but I’m fairly certain it’s shut down now.
ОтветитьI think the person that had her phone knows more than he is saying , either he did something to her or the other person that gave him the phone, if there is indeed another person. The guy with the hat that came out of the bar could have been the same guy that had her phone. Sometimes you have to pressure police a lot more to get them to work harder on the case.
ОтветитьI’m 5’1 and anytime I get out of my car I push my seat all the way back. It’s just easier to get out that way.
Ответитьwas the gas tank on the car empty?
ОтветитьI used to go out alone more than I should have but I certainly wouldn’t drive that far to a bar alone. Seems a little odd to me.
ОтветитьI still feel she was killed not long after being abducted and the perpetrator is probably a killer and sex offender named Joseph Wayne Burnett. He killed two other women including, Dana Dodd, whom Bradi's family thought resembled her wax figure when she was still unidentified. Burnett is right around 6'1/2 feet tall and also left a gas can next to Dodd's body similar to the one left behind in Brandi's car. Interestingly also, the road where Brandi's car was found abandoned would take you to the site where Dana Dodd's body was found burning in Kilgore, most likely Burnett's killing ground. I believe Brandi was his first victim.
ОтветитьWhat if, she either was getting too tired to drive or she realized she had drank a little too much to feel comfortable with driving further and pushed the seat back for a nap?
Do we know if the seat was actually reclined or not? My theory is, if it wasn't reclined, then someone else was likely driving and the above is not the case, but if it was reclined that would make me think she may have stopped for a nap. I don't know many people who would take a nap in a car's seat without reclining it, at least most of the way back.
Can you please bring awareness to the Leslie Palacios case it’s been so long and nothing is being done it’s not fair this family has not got justice
ОтветитьAds are way too long
ОтветитьI’m from East Texas this is the first cases I have see y’all cover that’s supper close to my city
ОтветитьIf I ever go out by myself I hope to find someone that I know and stick with them. I’m so very sorry for this lady’s family for the loss that they went through. This girl was too good and too beautiful for this world and this world did her VERY dirty (in my opinion). RIP precious Angel (if she has been declared dead). If not I hope they find her soon.
ОтветитьThis story is so sad! I am a single woman and I am so scared to go out by myself. Even though I am not the type to get taken, but I still just don't socialize. 😭😭
ОтветитьWhen I go out I either put my purse in the trunk (if no one is around and can see me) or I'll put it under my seat and push my seat back to hide it.
ОтветитьMy friend Kayl Mae Croft /Payne disappeared in late April of 2010. I reported her missing on may 5th 2010. 12 years later and they still have no real answers. No body and no suspects. She was 18 years old. And had a 1 & 1/2 year old daughter who has since been adopted. The cops “think” they know what happened but still no body has ever been found. It’s tough knowing someone you love is out there alone dead needing to be brought home.
ОтветитьI’m wondering if she took her shoes off when she first got in the car, ran out of gas and pushed the seat back to have enough room to put her shoes back on to walk to get gas.
ОтветитьI had always heard the same thing about the dogs.
Ответитьthis man in the cowboy hat walking behind her , he has long hair look closely to narrow that down form the I.D list would have made it easier to find him
ОтветитьThey need to find the guy in the cowboy hat. He's standing at the door when she goes in and then following behind her when she walks out???? He was watching her or with her...for sure.
ОтветитьIt’s so weird hearing all the places y’all are talking about in this video, I live so close to Tyler so I know everywhere y’all are talking about! I never knew this happened so close to me though.
Ответитьwhy didn't she use google maps or het gps on her phone?
Ответитьsometimes i don’t understand where josh’s tone is going in a sentence lol
ОтветитьThey should look into the woman in the bathroom, again. She could find girls and notify the trafficker's. They could have grabbed her at the car & another took her car, then ran out of gas. The trafficker was long gone with her in another car. I was listening while washing dishes and this stuck out to me. Especially, since there were (2) guys, the cowboy watching & the guy following them (I think is untrue). Find the woman, it's been years, see where she is now or if her story has changed.
ОтветитьThe ethical way in which you guys cover these cases is always touching. So many true crime content has no regard for the possibility that victims families may be watching.
ОтветитьEric Alvarado, of Atlanta, Texas has been missing since November 2018
Family just wants closure.
Omg, just have soooo little to 500k!!!
I'm so happy and excited for you. You put your hearts into every single case.
I'm so honoured to be your subscriber.
I sent this case to my mom because i’m from tyler and i work in a restaurant downtown that was pictured in this video and i thought that was cool. Turns out my cousin was Brandi’s godmother and has never stopped looking for her. Crazy small world.
ОтветитьAlways fill up your gas tank before you go out gas stations are unsafe as it is
ОтветитьMaybe those clubs are tied with sex trafficking, and purposely lure girls with free drinks... you never know
ОтветитьIdentifying a slender man in wranglers and a cowboy hat at a country bar in Texas. Pshf...good luck. Sadly, that doesn't narrow down much. Maybe if they had a screen shot of his belt buckle, someone could identify him.
ОтветитьSex trafficking.
ОтветитьI see the same thing in that video
Ответитьwhere im from
