Great interview! Off-market properties are the best way to find great steals and how we do it using various software programs. The technology has advanced so much in the last couple years that you can literally find the info on any property you want right from the home/office w/out having to go to the courthouse and submit a letter of intent to the property owner in 30 seconds via email. The MLS? Pffft

This is not gold for a beginner..there's still the question on the process of how to find the information at courthouse...🤔

Finding the off-market properties is the easy part. Locating the owners and actually speaking to them to get the property under contract is the difficult part. Any suggestions??

hmm were located out of California and tried calling water districts and we were unable to access these records which you claimed are open to the public. This is stated under Government Code section 6254.16.

How can you find off market land owner on Zillow?
