The old generation has so many holes in their movements. They were innovative for their time but the new generation is so heavy and methodical in their movements. There is no delay, its a systematic approach - very technical.

Não não dá pra ver nitidamente que o jiu-jitsu dele é totalmente diferente do Roger Gracie, ele é passador, quanto que o Roger é guardeiro, o pai dele dá pra ver jogava mais na explosividade, enquanto o Roger é mais cadenciado, quem treinou o Roger foi o Rilion Gracie, pai dele pelo que ele falou falou estava parado tocando a loja de roupa, até hoje o velho rola assim, vi nesses tempos um vídeo dele praticamente contra um de seus alunos, já o Roger Gracie tem o estilo próprio dele muito eficiente, se defendendo bem, não gastando energia a toa e puxando pra guarda e ou abrindo a guarda chegando no 100kg montando e finalizando.

Amazing roll-- Renzo is right around his prime here while Mauricio is just a little bit past his. When I first watched this on another Portugese commentary, I thought it was Renzo and Roger rolling.
