When I saw this episode I immediately said to myself "at least one (if not both) out of Jessica and Josetta is fucking someone in that kitchen". Then after it finished I looked up the future of the restraunt because I was curious if Joe was one of the few successful one's. First article I come across says he killed himself and was screwing Jessica....yup I just knew one of those flirts was fucking. Guarantee there were other hookups and at least 1 threesome.

Such a great episode. Lots of lessons learned from Gordon. The ending was very positive where you can feel passion and teamwork come together. The wife was supportive of their husband's dreams. Sad to hear what happened to Joe. May he R.I.P Love each other everyone life is too short.

The moral of the story? Don’t do drugs people. They can’t make you turn on yourself so bad and tragically joe on top of being depressed couldn’t control himself when he needed to most. RIP JOE

New Jersey is such an interesting place haha. Like the wife getting up and thinking, I need a pair of sunglasses on my head when I meet Gordon in my home. Everyone’s “tough” impolite and ultra sensitive attitude all the time. Such a strange fake place.

Rewatching this episode is really hard. Knowing he cheated on his wife with the staff and then took his own life. So hard to see the wife and children.

Joe won Chef Central's Bergen County Ultimate Chef Competition in 2008 and came Runner Up in 2009.
